We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it’s necessary to cancel or modify a reservation. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Period:
• If a cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled check-in date, a full refund will be provided.
2. Modification Policy:
• Requests for modifications to a reservation – such as changes in dates or accommodations, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. No Show:
If Guests fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior
notification, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
4. Refunds:
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 Business days from the cancellation request and issued using the original method of payment.
